Ridhaan Singh

Ridhaan Singh is the Co-Founder of Hirevoa, a platform built to help young entrepreneurs turn their ideas into real startups. He is passionate about innovation, collaboration, and building impactful projects. As a co-founder, Ridhaan works closely on shaping the vision of Hirevoa and helping create a community where aspiring founders can connect, share ideas, and build startups together. With a strong belief that teamwork and collaboration drive great ideas forward, he is committed to helping young innovators find the right people and opportunities to bring their ideas to life through Hirevoa.

Suhavi Narang

Suhavi Narang is a young entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of Hirevoa, a platform created to help aspiring founders turn their ideas into real startups. From a young age, she has been deeply interested in innovation, entrepreneurship, and building impactful ideas. With the belief that great ideas can come from anyone, regardless of age, she started Hirevoa to create a space where students and young innovators can collaborate, share ideas, and build startups together. Throughout her journey, her parents and a very supportive teacher played an important role, constantly encouraging her to think bigger, work harder, and believe in her vision. Through Hirevoa, her goal is to build a platform where the next generation of entrepreneurs can connect, collaborate, and create meaningful companies that make a real impact.

Why Hirevoa started

Hirevoa started with a simple idea — great startups can begin with a single idea, but turning that idea into reality is often the hardest part.

Many aspiring founders have powerful ideas but struggle to find the right team, guidance, and opportunities to bring those ideas to life. Students and young innovators especially face this challenge, even though they have creativity and ambition.

Hirevoa was created to solve this problem by building a platform where people with ideas can connect with co-founders, skilled teammates, and mentors who are ready to collaborate and build something meaningful.

Our mission is to create an environment where ideas don’t stay just ideas — they turn into real startups. We believe the next generation of entrepreneurs is already here, and Hirevoa exists to help them build the future together.
